Robert and the Staff at Hendrick VW made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we walked in the front door of their beautiful state of the art facility until we drove away with our car. Zero pressure. Robert worked with us over a few weeks and was willing to do whatever it took to get us the car we wanted.
