Enjoyable, exceptional, and personal experience I have never left a dealership as happy as I left Volkswagen of Concord. I came in with a problem my 2008 Toyota RAV4 that was a bad decision buy and I have never left a dealership as happy as I left Volkswagen of Concord. I came in with a problem my 2008 Toyota RAV4 that was a bad decision buy and I left with a pre owned 2017 Volkswagen Passat. We told Breanna that I was looking for something with Bluetooth, back up camera and spacious for our growing family and that’s exactly what we left with. She made sure that she checked every box on our list and that we were happy before driving off. Breanna and John made it easy and actually an event that I will always remember.
