After my the initial reservation of a new all electric 2021 ID.4 Pro on my own, I arrived at Hendrick VW of Concord and was given a test drive of a ID.4 xxxxxxwith Robert Nixon. Luckily Robert was able to find one that was already in production, thereby shortening my wait to less than 2 months. During my wait, Robert was so helpful in answering all my questions and helping me be ready to take delivery of my new car. He kept me informed on the progress and when the car was delivered, I think he was excited as I was. He did everything he could to be sure I was ready for the trip to the beach I had planned for the morning. I’m back and everything went smoothly. I felt confident I was ready for everything from using the info system to making my first fasting charging session.
