Since the original deal I had moved to Plano and it was a bit of a frustrating drive to McKinney for future service. My husband was looking at deals online at the new Hendrick Volkswagen located in Frisco and immediately received a response from David Davidson. While waiting on my car to get off the lift my husband was convinced I needed to leave at once and go meet David. I drug my feet until the next weekend and discovered what no woman wants to admit... My husband was right. Upon walking in to the dealership I was greeted by Tyler Wilde and it was refreshing to not feel like I was a quick sale. Tyler walked me through the process and we made a deal I was comfortable with on a 2015 Passat. The staff was great to work internally with each other and the feeling of high competion sales was not present. Tyler worked with David on the front end to ensure I was taken care of and happy with my choice in vehicle. The guys stayed late to get me through finance and in to my new Passat. I am a second time VW customer and I could not be happier with the service and respect I have received. I love my new Passat. In the last three years VW has put attention to the engine and what an improvement! The car fits my style (I changed from the tan interior to black) and provides plenty of room for my family. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and especially Tyler or David to future VW buyers. More

While the exact combination was not available, Dave and Gary showed us a beautiful midnight blue with tan interior, we loved it, and we drove it home that night. Dave is very knowledgeable about VW's and Gary is just a cool guy. I never, throughout the whole process felt like I was being 'sold' a car. I just felt like I was hanging out with a couple of friends swapping stories. If you are looking for a VW - these are your guys. The experience is exceptional. More
