A place to work, relax or watch TV and even take a look at classic VW’s. It was an office a living room, part retail shop, a museum and a car dealership all rolled into one. It was next generation – old school meets new school. Gone were Tire Racks, small corner TVs and the unpleasant smell of stale coffee. Absent were the uncomfortable waiting room chairs, outdated magazines and overpriced parts hanging from faded pegboard. The salesman, David had the cars waiting for me and listened to my very specific situation. We had a conversation about my needs, our families and then went for test drives. He answered ALL my questions about the cars, especially the ones I had about Volkswagen. He was candid and knowledgeable. Finally, there was Lee in the finance department – he could have gone with the canned, final sales pitch about the need for extended service options, but he didn’t. He asked questions, provided multiple options and waited while my wife and I discussed the final cost. The bottom line: Hendrick built a relationship, listened to my needs and never asked me to make a hasty decision. When I finally signed the paper work, I had purchased an upgraded car, a 100k mile service plan and a maintenance package.. Thanks again for a great buying experience! Chris More

I needed a truck, and was quite sad that I wasn't going to be able to get a VW. So, I started looking for a Toyota Tundra and found a used one at Hendricks. Leo was super friendly and VERY accommodating. I was closing on a home and very afraid that I was going to miss out on a this truck I fell in love with because of the home.
