In all my interactions with Matthew he was kind, informative, very patient and very proactive. I changed my mind several times before I landed on.purchasing a hybrid Corolla Cross. I had an 11 year old Corolla sport and I didn’t want to give up the great mpg, sporty look and performance but I also wanted to sit higher from the road and transport a kayak or bike. We test drove both the Corolla Cross hybrid and Corolla Cross gas several times and each time Mathew patiently and very informatively went over all the safety and technology advanced features in a very simple manner using easy to understand terminology. I asked a lot of questions and needed to hear the same information more than once because the changes between my 11 year old Corolla and the Corolla Cross Hybrid were very different than what I was used to.. I have purchased 4 Toyotas before buying this car and I have never had such a patient, understanding, good listener, great teacher and kind sales person.as Matthew. Mathew is the whole package. Most sales people just want to close the deal as fast as possible and mainly focus on price. Price and affordability are still very important but customers are also juggling a lot of priorities in their life. A sales person who is willing to make your life easier and give you the information exactly when you need it so you can make an informed decision is going to close more sales in the long run thru repeat business and referrals.
