My family had a great experience with Hendrick Toyota, specifically Brian Hamm. It all started in the best way possible in that my wife went to the dealership first where she was greeted by Brian who *lis specifically Brian Hamm. It all started in the best way possible in that my wife went to the dealership first where she was greeted by Brian who *listened* to what she was looking for and then he presented her with a few options right in our strike zone… Then we scheduled an appointment with Brian for later in the day so that I could come and see along with my wife. Admittedly I had my guard up, but I immediately saw that the car he identified was spot on, and the conversation with him was very comfortable.
