Not sure how you can fix it at this point. I was told you would pay the sales tax and license fees so I put the full trade amount toward my new vehicle and instead of paying it you charged me for a vehicle protection plan that wasn’t even in the paperwork you provided me on the thumb drive I received or that I agreed to purchase. I got no response from either finance manager or my sales rep and had to go through Toyota to get it canceled. Before getting that taken care of I was responsible for coming up with over $2,000 for the sales tax since it wasn’t paid. And after figuring all this out and reviewing the paperwork in detail, learned you also charged me more than what I agreed to pay but since you hide that with the way you have people sign the paperwork and no response I was unable to discuss that with anyone to get that adjusted.
