My experience at this dealership was mixed. On the positive side, my salesperson (Blake Boshell) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness—a great vehicl On the positive side, my salesperson (Blake Boshell) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness—a great vehicle that I truly enjoy. However, the financing process left me frustrated. Despite asking about rates early on, I wasn’t clearly informed about my final interest rate (7.84% for 60 months with an 812 credit score). I assumed it would be lower, and I wish the salesperson or the financial guy (Michael Abdu-Ali) had suggested a 48-month loan, which had a better rate. I definitely would have taken the option if they had revealed what I was paying for a 60-month loan. Feeling rushed as the dealership was closing, I signed without fully realizing the terms. The next day, after reviewing the paperwork, I called and asked if I could return the car and purchase a new 2025 Outback Wilderness (which had a lower rate and warranty). They told me the deal was final and I’d have to trade it in—meaning I’d lose money, so I kept it. While I love the car, the lack of transparency and the feeling of being pushed through financing really soured the experience. With better communication, this could have been a 5-star deal. More
