I just purchased a 2015 Porsche GT3 and it was CPO but was not fully inspect they LIED about how the brakes are in great condition and the pictures showed how they were not in great condition. I live in Indiana and purchased the vehicle with out even seeing it in person so Hendricks Porsche was my eyes and ears but took advantage of that. They do not fully inspect their vehicles and will lie to you about it. After purchasing this vehicle and spending 130k I now need to get new rotors because they got too hot, squeal so loud, and have lips/groves around the outside of the rotor. The manager said that that’s all normal and that all Porsche gt3 squeal really loud. I have buddies with the same car that I have with out the carbon ceramic brakes and theirs do not squeal at all. I’ve never purchased a car that needed pads and rotors as soon as I Purchased it. It is embarrassing stopping at a light and then a Toyota Corolla next to me stops and their brakes don’t squeal but my 130 Porsche will squeal so loud because Hendricks Porsche didn’t inspect my vehicle how it should’ve been or changed the parts that needed changed. They lied about their CPO inspection on my vehicle and they try to cut cost as much as possible I would recommend going somewhere else for your Porsche needs because they are not willing to change my rotors and pads after buying a car from them and not even having it for 3 days I have issues with the brakes and I told them that the first day I received the car of the trailer. I am very upset and feel like I have been taken advantage of for not being there to see the car and for being 21 they think they can screw me over. If they think they can they are wrong I wouldn’t be able to purchase this GT3 if I didn’t know what I was doing at my age More

You call this service? Just moved to Charlotte, NC. Have a Porsche that needed some service. Call them up to get some information. They need to check with a service adviser and call me back. This was more than 9 days ago. Still waiting for a call back to get my information and schedule an appointment. What sucks is that in Charlotte, there is only ONE Porsche dealer. How is this even possible? I refuse to go to these people and will be happy to drive 1.5 hours to the next closest dealer. This town can easily support 2 Porsche dealers, and Porsche should seriously consider breaking up the monopoly these guys have. They know people don't have a choice, so customer service seems to be abysmal. Imagine if they cannot even complete a task like a simple call back - how would their service be? What a joke. More

I take my 2011 Porsche Panamera there to be serviced and I work with Shane Carelock and Mike Pellet. I’ve ordered mats from Todd Holland and he always has their Porsche store setup so nicely. The GM David Foster has taken time out to discuss cars with me, even though I know he is very busy. Also they have the best snacks out of all of the Hendrick Dealerships! :) I truly recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicle with their dealership, you will not be disappointed! More

Nothing but support and guidance and making myself and family feel special. The car was prepped for delivery and when I missed my flight coming back into town Scott had the vehicle delivered to my residence.
