I went to Hendrick Mall of Georgia Mazda for my first car buying experience. I had always heard so many negative things about car sales and the whole process, so I was not looking forward to it. Luckily I ha buying experience. I had always heard so many negative things about car sales and the whole process, so I was not looking forward to it. Luckily I had Sonya to walk me through the whole process and she could not have been more helpful. With Sonya, none of the stereotypical car salesman qualites were there. She really listened to what I wanted in my car, my price range, and I never felt pressured by her to stray from what I came to buy. She answered any and all questions I had, found me the perfect car, and was a joy to work with. Even after she had to take unexpected time off, she took the time to call and check in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Sonya is the best and I would not have bought a car from anyone else!!! THANKS SONYA!!! More
Sonya Chung at Mall of Georgia Mazda made the entire experience worth it. She was so friendly and helpful without being overbearing or pushy. She entertained my children so we could look at the car and finish paperwork without distraction. She took what was probably the worst test-drive of her life as our 12 week old son screamed his head off. She was so informative and encouraging and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was like talking to a friend rather than a sales-person. Theresa Tate walked us through all the paperwork. Again, she was informative and encouraging never pushy. She took the time to answer our many questions (we take this process very seriously :)). They were both what truly helped us make the decision to purchase the car at Mall of Georgia Mazda. We can't thank them enough! More
At 50 years old, I have purchased many vehicles. And I left every dealership feeling as if I need to shower to wash the grime and slime off! However, that changed last month... My wife and I recently decided to purchase a new car and, after performing some basic research, we narrowed the options down to a few SUVs. And to avoid the "feeding frenzy" that seems to occur whenever we step onto a dealership's lot, we decided to visit them on a Sunday morning...Apparently others shared our strategy because, upon arriving at each lot (Acura, Volvo and Mazda) we found plenty of other people walking around. Glancing at his business card over lunch, we discovered Dan was the General Manager. Surprised the GM did not try to sell us a car before we got off his lot, we decided to go back to Hendrix Mazda Mall of Georgia first... When we arrived, Dan introduced us to Eldin (Client Advisor) who took the time to find a CX-9 with the exact oprtions we were looking for...After a short test drive, we began the [usually] painful negotiation process. Although there was some negotiation required, it was minimal because Dan and Eldin worked together to give us top dollar for my trade-in and the discount we wanted on the new vehicle. If you are considering a Mazda in the future, I would strongly recommend that you visit Hendrick's Mazda Mall of Georgia...And if you ask for Eldin / Dan, they may save you a great deal of time because you will not have a reason to visit other dealerships. More

Qualities you typically do not associate with a auto sales rep. The process was painless and pleasant. We got a tremendous deal and actually felt good about the experience. Sonya is a hidden gem and Hendricks Mazda needs to hold onto her for many many years to come. Great job Sonya!!!! More
What a great place to buy a car from, the no pressure approach was something new for me as in the past this was not the case with car dealers. Sonya Chung was excellent in helping me select the right Ma approach was something new for me as in the past this was not the case with car dealers. Sonya Chung was excellent in helping me select the right Mazda CX5 with all the options available for this model. I never felt obligated or pressured in anyway, she helped and explained all my options very well. And I ended up getting the CX5 Grand Touring pretty much loaded. Amanda Pugh is a very pleasant and attentive salesperson. She found a vehicle which met our families needs and was very helpful when my wife accidently tripped. Theresa Tate was also very adaptive and creative during the financial process and also very pleasant with whom to do business.. In this case, my experience with Sonya may very well best be described with the following: this powerhouse of a lady can sell "ice to an eskimo." Sonya is the quintessential professional. She is not at all "pushy" and she emanates compassion with her down-to-Earth and delightful personality. I spent about 8 hours at the dealership because I had so many variables to explore regarding my new purchase. There was not a single moment where I felt pressured to make a decision, nor did I feel unduly influenced by her to make any purchase at all. She's a "real" person—not someone you usually think of as a salesperson—and she makes the entire car-buying experience feel more like the beginning of a friendship rather than a business transaction. I also believe that her personality and approach is genuine and not just a well-orchestrated sales tactic. She's a nurse, by training (as her portfolio/story book that she shares will show), and her compassion for helping others is genuine. My purchase today is the fifth time I've purchased a new car and the overall experience was by far the best. More
I have been purchasing a lot of vehicles in the past 40 years . This was by far the best purchasing experience ever! Honesty and integrity seem to be a lost virtue in todays world. I purchased a Mazda Miata from this dealership. The car selection process was handled by the dealership through contact with Sonya Chung and the vehicle she selected for me was perfect based on the criteri selection process was handled by the dealership through contact with Sonya Chung and the vehicle she selected for me was perfect based on the criteria I suggested via e-mail and telephone conversations we had prior to me visiting the dealership. I traveled two hours to get to the dealership from central Ga. Sonya actually met me a few miles from the dealership with the vehicle and enabled me to test drive the car back to the dealership. I found Sonya very professional. Sonya has a warm and comfortable demeanor and that enables customers to feel less stressed. In discussion with Sonya she recognized that she is aware of the general perception potential buyers have of dealerships and sales persons and she strives very hard to overcome those negatives. Sonya actually went above and beyond in assisting me with getting required insurance on the vehicle. The dealership presented the vehicle well and the pricing and corresponding "deal" was presented adequately by the sales manager Alex Beadle. Overall the price paid for the vehicle was in line with the cars value. There were only two very small issues that detracted slightly from the entire experience. A slightly long wait for the process to be completed and the vehicle was delivered with a non-functional stereo. The stereo issue was resolved adequately the next day. More
