Customer Service Review I just wanted to say how impressed my overall experience was at Mall of Georgia Mazda. I've bought and sold over 30 cars in the past and half was boug I just wanted to say how impressed my overall experience was at Mall of Georgia Mazda. I've bought and sold over 30 cars in the past and half was bought at dealerships. The buying experience at this dealership was one of my favorite. The customer service was excellent. The offer for my trade was very reasonable. The price I received on the car I bought wasn't the best, but again reasonable. The overall experience was great. Had one little problem after I purchased my car and Dan along with the service department didn't hesitate doing their best to make it right! Manny Williams and Dan Dehass were great and I look forward to doing future business at Mall of Georgia Mazda. The car I bought was a 97 Mustang Cobra Convertible. My brother bought a 91 Dodge Stealth VR4 the same day. Its good to see these kind of cars mixed into new car dealerships these days. More

Unbelievable!! Was visiting Atlanta from SC when I stopped by to see the inventory, as I would be needing to replace a lease. A process that took me MONTHS to comple Was visiting Atlanta from SC when I stopped by to see the inventory, as I would be needing to replace a lease. A process that took me MONTHS to complete the last time I needed a car, as I am very picky. Well, the months took 30 minutes. The whole team worked diligently to get me in the color and model and YEAR that I wanted. (Wanted the 2013 year/color). Owned a Mazda before and was treated like royalty in FL. Moving to SC was a shock as the Augusta, GA Dealership was not as loyal. Was done with Mazda, but I still love the Mazda 3. Will changed my perception, as he made my experience a reenactment of my original experience. He listened to all my quirks and requirements, made it happen. Delivered my car to SC and made me feel like family. Needless to say, my Atlanta trips to visit my aunt will now involve getting my car serviced here. Wonderful team who worked hard to make me happy with Maz again. More

Gil Hurtado at Hendrick Mazda Mall of Georgia I started out in the morning at Hendrick Mazda on my 1st day out shopping for a car, with a list of interests and my want and needs in mind. From the start Gil was Friendly, Listened to my needs and guided me towards my interests. He wasn't pushy at all, which is exactly what I didn't want to have to deal with in a Car salesman. Based on my specific needs, he showed me several cars of interest and helped me eliminate what I wasn't looking for and narrowed my search for what I was. He then showed me other options that I may have interest in, that I may not have thought of. Although he is fairly new as a Car dealer Associate, his knowledge of his inventory, and the options they offer, he knows well already. His approach to this type of salesmanship is a breath of fresh air and a welcomed process. I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere that I wasn't even thinking about, or had on my initial list. However, I made sure to call Gil and Thank him for his time and the personal attention he gave to me that morning. I highly recommend you ask for Gil Hurtado when you visit Hendrick Mazda in Buford, Ga. located near the Mall of Georgia. Dwayne Carter and Matt Connor are the BEST!! They truly are awesome to work with. They helped make the car buying process go smoothly and gave me a great price on my trade-in. I had shopped around before going to Hendrick Mazda--now I wish I had saved myself the time and just gone there first!!! They have a large selection of automobiles to choose from--both new and used.
