We scheduled service for two recalls and for second key delivery. At every call from the dealership, they did not know about the second key delivery. We took the car two hours for the service at which poin delivery. At every call from the dealership, they did not know about the second key delivery. We took the car two hours for the service at which point they stated they couldn’t do it all and that we should return a month later. We gave up the car for the service and almost had it returned without the second key. They also couldn’t perform one of the recall updates (the whole reason we wanted this all done together is because we live 2 hours away). They then kept the car for an extra day because they had forgotten about the second key. What a joke. More
