Poor experience from buying the warranty plans from the dealer. First, during purchase it didn't clearly disclose the conditions of using these plans for future maintenances. Second, it took quite some eff dealer. First, during purchase it didn't clearly disclose the conditions of using these plans for future maintenances. Second, it took quite some efforts to receive the warranty documents which should have been included in the USB drive containing other car purchasing paperwork. Then I found out that you have to use the selling dealer to receive futute MNT. So I decided to cancel the MNT, but keep the VSC warranty which you can use in any dealers close to you. Third, canceling the maintenance plan was a big hassle and required a lot of follow-ups. Eventually I had to contact SPP to have the cancellation done. More
