Over a dozen cars over the years and in all that time, I have never had a major malfunction with anything mechanical. The service group is excellent. I have my go to guy (Mike Underwood) and he always gives me great guidance when servicing my LS500. He never pushes unneeded repairs and seems to really be looking out for me and especially my wallet. In the past my go to service guy was Carlos at the JM Lexus in FL. So it seems that you can always find someone at Lexus that will be there to help you make the right decisions and recommend the right repairs. Love the cars and the people at Lexus. More
