A promise was made that was not kept. I love the car I got. My experience would not have been the same if it weren't for my salesman Kevin. He wasn't pushy while I took my time deciding, and he worked with the finance guys to get me the price the same if it weren't for my salesman Kevin. There were however, a lot of errors with my paperwork that kept it from being a 5 star overall experience and rather a 4 star. The actual lease/deal paperwork had the wrong VIN number listed and I had to come back to sign again. The finance department forgot to take my down payment (something that I remembered and told them about) so I had to go back for that. But Kevin had someone fill up my gas tank for me for my time and trouble. That made it okay and worth it. Also, about a month later I got pulled over for having the wrong tag on my car because the title/license department had done a tag re-issue rather than a tag transfer, so I was supposed to be driving with a temporary tag, but had been driving with my old car's tag. Called Kevin and I had a new plate in two days. Kevin also went out of his way and drove to my work to pick up some documents they needed, and I didn't even ask him to do that. All in all, there are some negative reviews and experiences listed here that I've heard about from others, and I can see how my experience may have turned into one of those. But because of Kevin's great customer service, I ended up really happy and I love my Kia Forte! So ask for him if you go :-) More

I have bought a lot of cars. I recently purchased a used SUV at this dealership.I probably could have spent another few days searching the internet and visiting multiple dealerships and i might have saved a SUV at this dealership.I probably could have spent another few days searching the internet and visiting multiple dealerships and i might have saved a few dollars more but the VALUE that I received at Hendrick can't be matched. I feel like I got a great trade in offer for my 2006 with high milage.The dealership did everything to prepare my vehicle for my expectations (installed camera and Nav) in a timely and professional manner.My hat is off to the sales and service department here. More

I bought a new car from Hendrick Kia, however the dealership never did the "pre-delivery inspection" or the state inspection on the car. As as result, the car wound up back in the shop due to tempora dealership never did the "pre-delivery inspection" or the state inspection on the car. As as result, the car wound up back in the shop due to temporary fuse blocks that were left in, causing the instrument cluster to fail. This seems to be fixed now. Also, because the state inspection wasn't done, and they didn't catch it until 4 weeks after I bought the car, the delivery of the permanent state registration was delayed, so I haven't been able to drive the car for the last couple of weeks after the temporary tags expired. I'm still waiting on this to be cleared up. The staff at Hendrick Kia seem friendly enough, but based on my experience, I really don't think they know what they're doing. I've bought several new cars over the years, and this has been the worst experience I've ever had, however there's really no recourse except leaving a bad review on this site... More
Laundry list of why I am unhappy.. Start with they let me leave in my new car without a plate.. Then did not address this issue.. THEN had an employee to get my number (not my salesman) to call me and try to leave in my new car without a plate.. Then did not address this issue.. THEN had an employee to get my number (not my salesman) to call me and try to get me to give him my address.. WHAT??? Then when I called management got the typical "I am sorry" but not follow up - so called the next level of management - same thing "I am sorry" but no follow up - and now my 30 day tags have expired - call them and they say they will look into it. That was at 11 - it is now almost 5pm.. NO CALL BACK... I want out of this deal. More
I had been having problems with my 2012 Kia Sorento. I took my car in on three different occassions to be fixed. I have a full coverage warrenty and was able to get a rental car. The last time my car was in there was because I was stranded near my work and the 1(800) service 24hours a day was the only horrible part of my experience. They never showed up leaving me stranded for over an hour. E.J. Vences had been taking care of me and keeping me updated on my car. He even stayed late at work to make sure I was safe and my car was taken care of. He's been over the top awesome. He really contributes an outstanding role at Kia. More
I don't think I've ever had a worse experience buying or servicing a vehicle at any point in my life. First, the sales dept tries to tell me the best financing they can get me is 7% yet when I tell them to servicing a vehicle at any point in my life. First, the sales dept tries to tell me the best financing they can get me is 7% yet when I tell them to forget it and I'm not buying the vehicle all of sudden within 30 minutes after speaking with a "manager" I can get 4%? And we wonder why the American family is debt-ridden. Then within 3 weeks of buying my car it breaks down and after having it at your shop for 7 hours I can't get a single phonecall or update after calling three times and leaving a message on top of it. Oh and then of course your "service" rep tells me he knows when I bought my car and it doesn't matter? Really? It's one thing to have a car breakdown when you're the one who's put the wear and tear into it - it would be expected that you'd get stuck waiting days to get it fixed since you didn't have an appointment. It's quite another when you just bought it. It's funny though, I would be willing to bet if I had bought a brand new Kia instead of a used Honda you'd use a little more professional courtesy and would have looked at my car a lot sooner and I'm sure it would have been even faster if I was man. Under absolutely zero circumstances would I recommend this dealer I'm at a loss as to how you stay in business More

We were in and out in a very short period of time. i was surprised at their selection of vehicles. Other dealers were hard to negotiate with and didn't even seem like they wanted to make a deal. Dale and Craig were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Most of all they were concerned with our needs. Love my Rio5! It gets great gas milage and rides much better than other cars we test drove. Thank you Hendrick KIA! More
