Our 2016 Honda CRV showed an "Engine Maintenance" light right before we were to drive to our family's Christmas celebration, and we were going to have to miss everything - but Hendrick Honda was open on Ch right before we were to drive to our family's Christmas celebration, and we were going to have to miss everything - but Hendrick Honda was open on Christmas Eve and took our car in for troubleshooting late in the day. Our Service Manager, Brigitte Arriaza. found the problem very quickly (a loose gas cap) and got our car back to me with no charge! You just don't get better, more responsive help than this. Brigitte saved our Christmas - Thank you! More
