It really kills the sleezy salesman feel and adds a level of comfort to the buying experience. The finance office always tries to upsell you on warranties and what not, but they were not too pushy and very friendly. Mark was great! This portion of the visit should be streamlined. I know they want to make every cent, but this was the biggest time waster. The sales process is about the same here as other dealers, I wish someone would get rid of the good cop bad cop routine with the going back between sales and "manager". I want to haggle with one person. More
