⭐ 1-Star Review for Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge, VA I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. I brought my work van in for an engine repair — a costly, time-consum VA I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. I brought my work van in for an engine repair — a costly, time-consuming job — and after the repair was supposedly completed, one of their own test drivers got into an accident with my van. He was found at fault, and I wasn’t even notified until the next day that my vehicle had been wrecked. It’s now been five days since the accident (October 8) and I only just today got in contact with their insurance adjuster. The lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from this dealership has been unbelievable. I rely on my van every single day for my business — I’m a dog walker who transports multiple dogs for pack walks — and because of their negligence, I’ve been completely unable to work, losing income and potentially clients. To make matters worse, after the accident they demanded I return their original rental and swap it for an Enterprise rental, even though I hadn’t been able to reach the insurance adjuster who’s supposed to pay for it. No one has offered a sincere apology, compensation for my lost work, or any gesture to make this right. At the very least, the driver who caused the accident should be held accountable, and Miguel, the shop foreman, needs to personally reach out and take responsibility. Right now, Hendrick Honda has done nothing to show they value their customers or the major inconvenience they’ve caused. Until they make a serious effort to fix this situation — financially and professionally — I will never bring my vehicle here again, and I will strongly advise friends, family, and fellow business owners to stay far away from this dealership. More

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30PM On the date in question. I was told the fee was $68.00 . Seems like a very high price for that service compared to previous visits. Which also seems ridiculous when I had an appointment. I have no complaints with the rep who took care of my billing etc. More
