I purchased a car in December, and it has now been almost 70 days, yet I still haven’t received my temporary registration. He never responds to calls or emails, and his colleagues constantly cover for him with vague excuses, claiming they are "working on it" or that someone will "get back to me." They blame a third party, yet still claim they will file it and send it later to their titling agency. However, I later found out that they have their own titling department, making their excuses even more suspicious. I sent at least eight emails reminding Julio Coterez to send my temporary plates. He repeatedly promised that it wasn’t a problem and assured me he would take care of it. However, the next day, he was off, and I was told no one had access to his files. After that, he stopped answering my calls and never replied to my emails. Another finance team member, Peter, repeatedly gave me excuses just to get me off the phone, but nothing ever got resolved. They have ignored my concerns and talked down to me, as if I have no right to demand what I already paid for. My name is Marco McMickle, and I stand behind my claim. I am considering filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and will make sure others know about this dealership’s shady practices. This has been a disgusting experience, and I regret ever dealing with them. I will also be adding my emails and phone call logs to back up my complaint. He even drove our vehicle an hour to our house to make sure it arrived that same day, as needed. I highly recommend working with them as they were a pleasure to work with. They were courteous, accommodating, with great communication. We attempted to reach out to other Honda dealerships and the others talked alot but didn't do much and inconvenienced us.
