Went to Hendrick Honda, reviews checked on line were good. , Carlos Brasil saw through the paper work for a leased Honda cr-v and Anthony Beckner was first to greet me. For a little while I was very disappointed in Pompano Honda, to the point that I stopped taking my car there. My view has completely changed, thanks to Liz Gates in the service department. Elie was my salesman who meet me outside as I approached the dealership. I thought he was going to be like all the other salesmen from other dealerships(Coral Springs Auto Mall) selling dreams while trying the dealership. I knew what I was looking for so he showed me the diffrent models and then allowed me to make my decision. No pressure at all. We worked out a good deal and they even detailed my car before leaving! The service was topnotch and it was everything people desire a car buying experience to be. Easy and without a hasle.
