I recently visited Hendricks Honda in Pompano Beach and had a wonderful experience. Von Biggs was the salesman and he provided a lot of details. Parents were looking to buy a used Honda that was advertised online under $14k. On the walk around of the car they found a child’s sock in the back seat and the previous owners registration in the gl advertised online under $14k. Car was not thoroughly cleaned despite it being slow and also in the middle of a pandemic. Salesperson seemed disinterested in selling a car. Used Car GM came in a t shirt said he left insulted by our offer (we did try and low ball him) and said it didn’t matter anyways because they were raising the price anyways and refused to offer the car at the listed price. Went and bought another car elsewhere. Unprofessional. I do not know if it was a bad day they were having but a person in charge (I don’t care to remember what his name is) should have better command over his emotions. He said he was offended and so I would like to apologize to him for hurting his feelings. More

Prior to going to this dealership, I was quoted one price. After test drive was offered a higher price. The manager told me he has the lowest price advertised so he can get people to come in but “he’s price. After test drive was offered a higher price. Cristhian Jimenez (Sales) Awesome!!!!!! I just wanted to take the time to say how great Cristhian Jimenez, who was my salesman at Hendrick Honda. He isn't your typical Car salesman, he actu I just wanted to take the time to say how great Cristhian Jimenez, who was my salesman at Hendrick Honda. He isn't your typical Car salesman, he actually listens to what you have to say, and his personality is Awesome. I went to 5 car dealers, and Cristhian Jimenez was honestly the reason why I bought the car there. Completely went out of his way for me, he picked up my lease that had to be turned in, since I wanted to avoid as much contact with people due to the Covid 19 virus. Cristhian, then went over all the paperwork with me over the phone, then he came back to my house with all the paperwork for the new car, I completed all the paperwork in my driveway. Not too mention he was wearing a mask, put on a new pair of gloves, then he went and had my new car all detailed up, went over how everything works in the car, and after 30 yrs. of buying cars Cristhian is the best,,, If you want a salesman that isn't pushy, and is nice, and will go out of his way to help you,, Honestly just go to Hendrick Honda and speak to Cristhian , trust me you will love the guy!!
