I've bought a number of vehicles from Hendrick now. I've been really impressed in the past and this was one of the first places I went when I needed a car recently. I'm likely to go back again with my conti been really impressed in the past and this was one of the first places I went when I needed a car recently. I'm likely to go back again with my continued good experiences. I went in to drive a Honda Accord that I thought I could swing, given trade-in and such. While I got fair trade-in, I was just never able to get to a place where the numbers worked for my family. Rather than walk out, I asked Joe if there was something else I could look at where I could get to the numbers I needed. We poked around for a bit and we found a car that, frankly, is a better fit for me and the family than the one I initially wanted, even beyond the price. Joe had the patience of Job getting us there, and I really appreciate his help. He really went above and beyond and he earned every star! Overall, I got a great deal on a car that was a better fit than what I initially wanted. That's tough to beat. The only downside was, frankly, with a feature that I'm not likely to continue...the satellite radio. This is now the second vehicle that we've bought from Hendrick where we were supposed to get 3 months of satellite radio and didn't actually get it. On an Odyssey that we purchased maybe 2 yrs ago, it had a recall and my 3 months expired before we were ever able to drive it off the lot. I didn't complain because while we were waiting for the van they let us drive an Accord Touring Hybrid for free. Now with this recent purchase, it's a "No Signal" error (probably a damaged or disconnected antenna). Took it back and my wife was told it was a "problem with the satellite." Well, this isn't true and would give a different error. Now I need to debate whether I want to take it back, spend a couple of hours, and push the issue or just move on with my life... Anyway, if satellite radio is something you care about, make sure it works before you drive off the lot. Like I said, I don't intend to keep that service so it's not the end of the world. That's why they still get a 5-star in my book. More
