I purchased my car back in December 11,2020. On 10/23/2021, I went back to refinance my car to lower my interest rate and they took advantage of me. They did not really explain the contract to me and all the additional charges that were being added. Now I am stuck with a higher car loan and they won't cancel my contract. Took my car for a oil change, couple hours later the engine light turned on. Took my car back to pompano honda Luana told me that is Normal and I have to pay $177 to have check.
