Joseph Jean immediately met me at the entrance of Hendrick Honda Pompano Beach and greeted me like family. Earlier that week I was overwhelmed by car trouble and dealerships not handling customers with care. I was able to explain to Jean the exact car I wanted and all the specs that were necessary for my lifestyle. Boy did he listen! He allowed me to test drive a vehicle that was similar to what I wanted and explained all the features and extras that would come standard if I chose to order through this dealership.
