Jay Brown was very knowledgeable about all of the Honda vehicles I was interested in test driving. He was very patient and had an intelligent answer for each of the questions I had, even when he had to rep vehicles I was interested in test driving. I contacted the dealership via instant message from the website when I saw a vehicle I was interested in. Eddie Westmoreland picked up the conversation. I described what I was looking for and within 24 hours had a down payment from me. I told him specifically my price range and what I was wanted in my new car and how much I wanted for my trade in value. He never once tried to "swindle" me. All he said was that he would do what it took to make it happen and another 24 hours later I was driving it home. The best part about it was that I bought this car before I ever rode in it or really even seeing it. That's how reliable and trustworthy I found this dealership to be. He told me that after this I would never want to go to another dealership and he was 100% right!!!
