Michael was very helpful with questions I had. I asked to buff out a small scratch and as minor as it was, they had no problem getting right on it. Cleaned car it appears both inside and out :-). New 2015 Accord I've owned 3 previous Hondas and had good experiences with all so the Honda brand was a plus to me. However, dealing with Mark Buchanan at Hendrick H I've owned 3 previous Hondas and had good experiences with all so the Honda brand was a plus to me. However, dealing with Mark Buchanan at Hendrick Honda in Hickory was a terrific experience. I went prepared with a price and they met it with no questions asked. It was MORE than a fair price. Mark was knowledgeable and one thing I appreciated was that he did not do the old "hard sell. I went in on Tuesday and told him I wanted to think about it. Of course, I contacted other dealerships and none could come close to meeting Hendrick's price. I called Mark on Thursday, let him know I was coming in and to get the paperwork ready. All went relatively smoothly. I expect that Honda #4 will live up to its predecessors. (Note: the Accord I traded was a 99 with 217000 miles on it. Still running strong. I just wanted a new one!) More
