Helpful and knowledgeable staff I was searching for a used vehicle and had been to several dealerships. Fantastic Service Advisor I have two Lexus vehicles that I have serviced at Hickory Honda. My service advisor, Darryl Watson, always takes the best of care of me and with my v I have two Lexus vehicles that I have serviced at Hickory Honda. My service advisor, Darryl Watson, always takes the best of care of me and with my vehicles as if they were his own. If he is unavailable when I call, he returns my call promptly and always considers my schedule when making an appointment. Darryl is friendly, very knowledgeable and takes time to address any concerns or questions that I may have. I highly recommend Hickory Honda's service department, their staff, and especially Darryl. Wes Boyles, service advisor, was very polite and helpful in taking care of my service. Since it was my first time at the dealership he was kind enough to "show me around" and to explain the service performed and what to expect on the next service visit. I forgot my appt. and had to reschedule for the next day in order to get my inspect I am very happy to Welcome Michael Heckelman to your service Dept. I forgot my appt. and had to reschedule for the next day in order to get my inspection on time. I arrived 30 minutes early and he still got my car in right away. Michael was very helpful with questions I had. I asked to buff out a small scratch and as minor as it was, they had no problem getting right on it. Cleaned car it appears both inside and out :-). I will certainly be sure to contact him for my next maintenance. TY! More

New 2015 Accord I've owned 3 previous Hondas and had good experiences with all so the Honda brand was a plus to me. However, dealing with Mark Buchanan at Hendrick H I've owned 3 previous Hondas and had good experiences with all so the Honda brand was a plus to me. However, dealing with Mark Buchanan at Hendrick Honda in Hickory was a terrific experience. I went prepared with a price and they met it with no questions asked. It was MORE than a fair price. Mark was knowledgeable and one thing I appreciated was that he did not do the old "hard sell. I went in on Tuesday and told him I wanted to think about it. Of course, I contacted other dealerships and none could come close to meeting Hendrick's price. I called Mark on Thursday, let him know I was coming in and to get the paperwork ready. All went relatively smoothly. I expect that Honda #4 will live up to its predecessors. (Note: the Accord I traded was a 99 with 217000 miles on it. Still running strong. I just wanted a new one!) More
