I took my 2008 Accord in to have the maintenance application of cleaner and wax done to the paint on my car (I purchased the $300 plan). When I picked it up and went home, I looked closely at the quality of work that had been performed on my car. The entire top surface of my car was very rough to touch and not smooth like it should have been after being detailed. I went back to the service department and told them that the surface of the paint was very rough. The taller man in that department looked at the surface of my car and said at first that it needed "buffing out", then after he looked very closely at the surface of the hood, he said that it looked like the car hadn't been waxed, and then ran his hand over the car and he said that it felt like overspray. He then asked me "Didn't you get some paint work done to the trunk of your car?" I replied, "Yes, two years ago and if it was overspray from my trunk being painted two years ago, how come the trunk has it all over it too?" He then replied, “I’m not even going to go there". His insinuation that the condition of my car was due to my negligence in care of my car was humiliating and upsetting. They then called the person to come to the service department that detailed my car. When he arrived, he said that he had waxed my car and would wax it again. He said that it wouldn't take long and that I could wait, it would be about 5 minutes and he would have it done. When he said that, I wondered if that was the same amount of time that he spent the first time waxing my car. I replied, "5 minutes? -- I don't think so.” The service gentleman then asked me when I would like to make another appointment to have my car RE-DONE---I told him that the only appointment I needed to make was with the service manager. The demeanor and attitude in the service department is one that they are doing you a favor by servicing your Honda there instead of one of taking care of the customer's needs. I have noticed this from the first time that I dealt with the service department and actually do not like to even go for service. He said that the service manager was there now, but I declined to speak with him at that time because my blood pressure was way too elevated to speak with anyone. I asked them to make me an appointment with the service manager and to let me know and I left. I called the service manager the following morning at approx. 9:00 a.m. (after not hearing from him the afternoon before or that morning) and informed him of my experience with the service department and he apologized for the incident and an appointment was made for me to once again do without my car and bring it back to have my car serviced. Upon picking my Accord up, I was told that it was overspray on my car and that another customer that had his car done the same day as mine, had to bring his car back because it had overspray on it. I WONDER IF HE WAS ASKED IF HE HAD ANY PAINTING DONE ON HIS CAR AND POSSIBLY IT WAS HIS ERROR THAT IT HAD OVERSPRAY ON IT???---All-in-all, I think this explains my rating.....if you wish to discuss this matter with me, I will be more than willing--I welcome your call......Ed Stolzenbach..864-907-8456 More

Patrick was very pleasant to work with and knowledgable, he was able to support all of or needs on a Sunday afternoon when all other dealerships were closed. I don't buy cars on a regular basis and was a bit nervous about dealing with a salesman. When I stated in my first contact email with this dealership, that I wanted this experience to be as pleasurable & successful as possible. wonderful! I didn't imagine the prospect that my expectations would be EXCEEDED! Terrie Hall went above and beyond what I feel any normal sales person's duty actually is. In working with her, I was never made to feel like we were doing business. While I know her part was not easy, it always felt that way because of her professionalism! I would also like to mention Mr. Joe Konopacke. Financing was probably my greatest worry in car buying but he took very good care of me & made the process a very smooth one. You guys have a wonderful team on your hands! More
The people in the service department have always been very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they know me by name and take the time to not only find out what problem you might be having with yo very friendly and helpful. The service is always good and they usually come extrememely close with the ewstimated price you'll have to pay and the actual price. More
Yvonne and John are by far the best new car sales people I have ever worked with. I knew the model vehicle I wanted and had a target price. We even worked out tentative trade value too.<br> Both John and Yvonne were very attentive and helpfull. It may be cliche to say they bent over backward to serve the customer, but in thier cases it is more than true.<br> I would recommend and encourage anyone within at least a 500 mile radius to work with these two people. They are absolutely fantastic.<br> There were no typical high pressure sales. Only very friendly business. They have single handedly made automotive dealers a pleasure to deal with. More
