When I first drove into the service area and stepped out of my car no one greeted or acknowledged me. There were several employees that walked past but none even spoke to me. I walked over and stood back from another customer being helped and thought that adviser would at least say "someone will be with you in a moment" or something but he didn't. A few moments later Amanda walked up and was very friendly and ask if anyone had waited on me... she was very professional and helpful.
