Best Service & Resolved Issue I contacted my service advisor, Chris Frazier, and informed him of a rattle in my dash. I told the service advisor that while driving, all warning lights came on at the same time and would not go out until I pulled over and stopped the engine. (when attempting to stop engine it required warning lights came on at the same time and would not go out until I pulled over and stopped the engine. (when attempting to stop engine it required holding the start / stop button depressed for several seconds.) This has happened on numerous occasions. I had the batteries replaced in both key fobs which did not help. Also I complained that the brake vacuum booster occasionally lost vacuum over night which makes it difficult to start since the system requires the brake pedal to be depressed when starting. A hard push is then required for the system to recognize the brake pedal has been depressed. Neither of these concerns were noted on the service order even though these concerns were stated on the online service request. The service advisor offered to make another appointment for these concerns. She would not check the computer for a stored code even with me asking for it. All warning lights came on again two days later while driving. I live 12 miles north of Seneca and it takes me approximately 1-1/2 hours to get to this dealer. Last, I had a coupon for synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation for $39.95. I asked for full synthetic and was charged $92.36. More
