Great service and great truck Very friendly service. I arrived one night right as they were closing, and caught the sales rep Dave M. As he was getting ready to leave. I expressed interest in a couple of trucks and he went out of his way to go an get the key and show me the truck. It was too late for a test drive so I made an appointment for the next morning. Arrived and was greeted by a salesman. He showed us inside when I told him I had an appointment. Dave M. arrived and had 2 of the three keys for the three vehicles I was interested in. Wasn't pushy at all and was very knowledgable about all three vehicles. One was eliminated because it had been smoked heavily in. Test drove the remaining two vehicles and decided I wanted one. Worked of the numbers with Dave M. and was able to come to a middle ground that allowed me to give them my trade in and for me to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Over experience was very pleasant and I didn't feel like I was surrounded by sleazy car salesmen. More

Anyway back to my point you cant get in to get a oil change without having to wait days, I would not go there but I paid for them one way or another, so if they are using that as a selling tool, buyer beware. If your retired, or a housewife with free time its not a problem, but if you work out of your car or truck or travel in your job like I do its a major headache. Having owned Fords with there Quick Lubes ctr. I'm used to getting a oil change in about 30 minute any day of the week. More

Horrible experiences I wish I could give the service department a negative star. Their customer service is amazingly awful. When you drop off your car for service they don I wish I could give the service department a negative star. Their customer service is amazingly awful. When you drop off your car for service they don't explain anything to you, they give you a hard time about a loaner car, then they keep your vehicle for days with NO update.. I called and called my service tech Raymond, left messages and he never returned my call until I threatened to file a complaint. Eventually I told them to put my car back together and I would pick it up and take it somewhere else. Not to mention I NEVER received an apology. If you care about your vehicle at all, I would say stay away from them because I mistakenly went to them 3 times and every experience was the same. More
