If I could put 0 stars I would I’m very disappointed in the way everything is being handled I would not recommend buying from this place, I bought a 2022 GMC sierra elevation from Hendrick Dodge Ram Fiat o the way everything is being handled I would not recommend buying from this place, I bought a 2022 GMC sierra elevation from Hendrick Dodge Ram Fiat of Cary on June 15, 2024 I’ve been back to the dealership three times since they claimed they knew the truck was a LEMON! I’m going to give everyone a list of what’s going on with the truck 1. Engine Burns Oil 2.Transmission Slips/Jerks 3. Radio/Back Up Camera Works 30% of the time 4. Driver Side Window rolls down on its own They claimed they wanted to trade me out for another vehicle so I found three other trucks on different occasions told Keith and Matt to check on them for me I’m interested in these vehicles only for them to say 1. Wasn’t available ( Which they lied because I called behind them) 2. They claim they can’t pull from other lots ( That’s a lie they want to keep everything in house for better profit margins) 3. They will sell the vehicle out from under you ( Once they’ve already ruined your credit for three vehicles) that I didn’t have a clue they were doing So now they want to buy the vehicle back but not going to reimburse my down payment to me going to lose my extended warranty and gap coverage money plus having to make a payment on the vehicle due to this drawn out time frame then expect me to pay 800.22 in taxes out of pocket at the time they buy it back I feel that I have been giving the run around and lied to not to mention they will try to push you in a vehicle so they can make another sale I will not be doing business here ever again hopefully this issue will be resolved very soon! And I also feel like Adam and his team knew the problems with the vehicle because he was pushing me to buy the platinum extended warranty he said over and over the gold doesn’t cover (ELECTRONICS) what a coincidence!! I wouldn’t buy from here I wouldn’t recommend it save your time peace of mind and most of all your MONEY DON’T TRUST THEM! More
