Avoid this place like zeka virus!!! Most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. Also the most untrained. Sales girl was horrible and had zero business dealing with people. Sales man Most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. Also the most untrained. Sales girl was horrible and had zero business dealing with people. Sales manager was so far off on his numbers I was so offended I didn't even give him a second chance. Grabbed my keys, walked straight out and will NEVER walk back in. Bought a jeep from tri-city (3hrs away) the very next day and they were amazing. More
Beware of internet prices This business advertises their Jeeps at a certain price on internet showing pictures of the actual Jeep they have for sale. When you go to the dealer This business advertises their Jeeps at a certain price on internet showing pictures of the actual Jeep they have for sale. When you go to the dealer to inquire about it they say oh well that is the price before they add all the little extras which increased the cost to about 15000.00 more that advertised. Such a ripoff, if you've already added the updates don't show the pictures of the jeep with such updates and try to mislead the public. They also will not let you leave their official so called quote from the"tower". Will never ever visit this jeep establishment again. More
Worst buying experience ever. Purchasing from Hendrick was a terrible experience -- despite the fact that the vehicle (2014 Dodge Durango R/T) is a GREAT SUV. I would never purcha Purchasing from Hendrick was a terrible experience -- despite the fact that the vehicle (2014 Dodge Durango R/T) is a GREAT SUV. I would never purchase from this dealership again (or any Hendrick dealership). Short summary -- the dealership sales staff was really slow, pushy about extended warranty and financing that I didn't need, and incompetent. Bonus, Hendrick didn't issue my title in a timely fashion, and then, on paper, STOLE MY CAR without any notice, and was completely unable to fix the situation that they created, and stopped contacting me when they couldn't resolve the issue. Since I live out of state, I called and pre-negotiated the price, and put down a $1000 'hold guarantee' payment. I had check in hand and no need to finance, and didn't have a trade-in. Despite this, once I arrived at Hendrick, it took THREE HOURS to finalize the sale. I was swapped from person to person, with each trying to sell me an extended warranty, oil changes (I live FIVE HOURS from the dealership, which they knew), and financing. After paperwork was finalized, I had to wait while the dealership supposedly added gas, cleaned the vehicle, etc. (I had put down $1000 days earlier -- why wasn't this already done, or done while I was doing paperwork?). Then, they wanted to take my picture in front of my new car... Fine, anything just to get finished and out of there. During this time, no one took the time to show me the features of the vehicle. After three hours, I was ready to leave. I drove for less than 10 minutes, at which point, the low fuel light came on. The dealership supposedly added 5 gallons of gas before I left, and I had only driven a few miles. The low fuel light comes on when there are 2 - 2.5 gallons in the tank. There is no way 5 gallons of gas was added. I stopped, took several minutes to figure out where the fuel door switch was, fueled up and drove home. 23 days later, I still hadn't received my tag or title. The temporary tag is about to expire, and NC doesn't re-issue temporary tags. I called Hendrick, and they asked me to call back 2 days before expiration if I hadn't received anything yet. Thursday came and still no registration. I contacted Hendrick again, and they told me that it could take another MONTH, but I could drive with an expired temporary tag. After speaking with an associate at my local DMV office (who said NO), I called Hendrick back and they agreed to send me the title directly, rather than sending it to the central DMV office. I received the NC title, plus paperwork, on Monday (I had an expired temporary tag at this point). The very nice lady at the local DMV processed the paperwork and gave me my tags and my Virginia title, after charging me five dollars that the dealership didn't include in the title fees (oversize vehicle). Everything worked out, I was done with Hendrick... Or so I thought. 4 months later, I received the VA personal property tax forms, and the Durango was NOT listed. I added it as a write-in and returned the form. A few days later, I got a call from the tax office to let me know that they were adding my vehicle to the tax forms, but that, according to the Virginia DMV, my vehicle had been SOLD BACK to the dealership. According to the VA DMV, the title to my Durango was now held by the dealership, and there was nothing they could do. I would have to contact the NC DMV to have them cancel the other title. I spent three months going back and forth between the VA DMV, NC DMV, and Hendrick to resolve the issue, and Lisa at Hendrick stopped calling me back 3 weeks before I was able to get this resolved. I was afraid to post this review... Maybe Hendrick will decide to steal my title again. More
Service Department From xxxx Worst ever service department. These people will snatch your money out from under you quicker than a crack head on the streets. Then you'll be driving Worst ever service department. These people will snatch your money out from under you quicker than a crack head on the streets. Then you'll be driving home broke and nothing yet done to your vehicle. They have absolutely no care for any customers at all. They will take your vehicle, lie straight to your face (knowing what they are saying is wrong) and leave you in a predicament at the end of the day with no choice but to give them money so you can at least get your keys back to drive home (with absolutely nothing done yet to the vehicle). The worst part is, that they know they are wrong, yet they still do it. I learned the hard way by going back. No More!!!!! More
