As far as my total satisfaction, contrary to the excellent service I received from Ms.Acker, I was equally underwhelmed by the lack of integrity and with the heavy handed "negotiating" that took place between myself and her supervisor. I firmly believe I presente him with a vehicle that was in excellent condition. In fact, the initial quote I received indicated just that. But when he looked up the book value, he conveniently selected the normal condition value, which obviously was significantly less than an excellent condition vehicle. I clearly communicated that to him but he had absolutely no interest in listening to me or providing me with a reasonable offer. I also understand that I had a choice not to accept it, and in hindsight I should not have accepted it. But I was in a position where I was forced to sell it. What I do have a choice to do, is that I never have to purchase a vehicle, new or used, from any of the Hendrick Dealers. And I can assure you, since I feel he was not negotiating in good faith or fairly, and would not listen to my points, that I feel he has no integrity and I will not deal with him or anyone else within the Hendrick family again. Even though my husband was not there, he said we could finish the deal on Monday, but he let me drive off the lot with my new car anyway!
