To end the story on an even more positive note....there was a small problem I found with the vehicle ...and he set me up service and repair in Mobile the very next day!! Service department is slow I dropped my truck off on a friday to get the oil changed. When I returned, 5 hours later, at 2pm they had not even started. They assured me that the would get it done that same day. Rather than wait another 4 hours I just left. I'll never buy a new ar from them because of their horrible service department. What would happen if I needed work that was complicated or had to be done by the dealer? If an oil change is over 5 hours a difficult job could take weeks. More

All I got was a bunch of garbage and never received a price for the vehicle I was looking at nor did I ever receive a trade value for my vehicle. My boss, don't deal with them!!! Find a more reputable dealer that will talk to you through email if you were wishing to purchase that way. More
