I brought a friend with me because I had not been able to purchase a car properly - without being taken by the dealership. And, my friend want to help me straighten out my debt. James Kennedy was very professional and honest. When there was a problem after the purchase of the car James worked hard to right the situation. I admire that!!!! I must say (this has nothing to do with James,) I do not know why on earth you insist that your salesmen tell their customers that if we do not rate them a ten they will not be paid. That is unfair to the salesman and the customer. You have trained your salesmen!!!!! They will do a good job because of their training. And, I would like to be the one who gives James all tens because I want to, not because the dealership bribed me or shall I say threatened me and James. Chris Cornelius was wonderful in helping us with the paper work. It was a long and tedious job and Chris was excellent in explaining everything and making us feel comfortable with what I was signing.
