Two weeks after our test drive and initial interaction, I purchased the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude 4x4 and I love it! This is the first non-truck I've owned and I'm happy! The exceptional customer service didn't end with Skyler. The Finance Manager, Adam Lader, was personable and took the time to explain all the plans and options I had. I didn't feel rushed to sign paperwork and "close the deal".
