02/26/25 They will undervalue your vehicle if trying to trade in. Be Aware! They tried to say my car was 6000 less than the KBB value. UPDATE 02/28/25 They said I was able to finance out right on 02/26/ trade in. Be Aware! They tried to say my car was 6000 less than the KBB value. UPDATE 02/28/25 They said I was able to finance out right on 02/26/25 later after undervaluing my car. I spoke with a guy who said he was a manager named Rich. Rich told me Thursday afternoon 2/27/25 my car arrived, he said they were doing the inspection and it needed new tires. He said “I could take it as is if I want since it’s my car”, but he ordered new tires and they would come later that day Thursday or next day Friday 02/28/25. Friday is when I was supposed to sign my contract and pay to complete the financing. He said that the car may not be ready in the morning at 9am when I sign, (I should’ve known then something was up) but it will be later Friday depending on when they received the tires. Friday morning comes and I see the car for the 1st time. The car looks nice but it doesn’t look like they did anything to it. The sales rep was really helpful but he was saying it already had new tires on it. He said that it just needed washing and detailing and it would be ready in 30 mins to an hour. I’m thinking ok not too bad I can finish signing and it should line up with my car being finished. I get done with the signing spoke with a great guy Scott, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did my 30 day tags hands me the paperwork and receipts, and then I go to the sales rep to get my keys. Now after I have paid I’m told my car is not ready, but not just that, it won’t be ready for several days! Out of nowhere Rich comes walking up. Rich is now saying he told me it may be a couple days (Bold Face Lie). He he’s also lying and denying that he said “I can take the car as is since it’s my car”. Now I have paid for a car, insurance, and have 30 day tags with no car! This place is 1000% shady I honestly hope I get my car after putting 4500 down. May seek legal help, just doesn’t seem right. Not to mention for Rich to be a manager, I received some of the worst customer care from him. I’ve bought 3 cars before and NEVER had a manager treat a paying customer in such a way. I’ll update if/ when I receive the car. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS!!! MISLEAD TO GET SALE!!! More
