BAD TRUCK Sales went fine friendly courteous and kind. The new 2015 Silverado does not run smoth adn gets bad gas mileage. 18.5 MPG HiWay. Impressed with Service Department I did not purchase my vehicle from Hendrick, but it is the closest Chevy dealership to me. Therefore, I decided to use them for my service and mainte I did not purchase my vehicle from Hendrick, but it is the closest Chevy dealership to me. Therefore, I decided to use them for my service and maintenance. I usually can tell by a service department if I want to do future business with a dealership (i.e. purchase another vehicle). I will certainly continue to use this dealership for all my vehicle needs. Their Service Department was friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. More
Very Slow Service I brought my Impala in to have some recall work done on the ignition, so while I was there, I asked them to change the oil. The service tech asked me I brought my Impala in to have some recall work done on the ignition, so while I was there, I asked them to change the oil. The service tech asked me if I was going to wait and I asked him about how long it would take. He told me that it would take long and they would have me out of there in no time. Well, after two and a half hours, I went out and asked how much longer it would be and I was told they were in the middle of it and it would be ready in about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, I went back out and asked again and this time I was told that it would be much longer. Well, at about the three hour and twenty minute mark I was told my car was ready. I understand that some things take longer to fix once you get into it but be realistic in your time estimates. Rather than sitting for almost four hours, I could have had someone from work come to pick me up, at least I would've gotten some work done. Now, what work they did do was done properly... I guess that's a good thing. More

From what I understand this is simply a matter of verifying your identity and that you own the vehicle, and looking up the code. Hendrick insists that they must charge at least $85 to do this! If they are this mean spirited with Chevy owners like myself (I own two Chevy Trucks, and have owned two in the past, I ONLY drive Chevy trucks!) how do they treat the poor fools that purchase things from them? It's not on the poor gal that did all the legwork trying to get me a better deal, it's on the management there that MUST make their buck. I will still be buying Chevy's, Hendrick, but it will certainly NOT be with YOU! More

Because of what seems to be incompetent service people I feel I have no choice but to give a poor review.
