I began my search for a used Equinox online. I found the biggest selection at Hendrick's, so I sent a request to be contacted. Let me first say that when we walked into the dealership we were only purchasing a used car for my son. By the time we left that evening, we purchased a brand new 2012 Silverado and a brand new 2012 Cruze we were only purchasing a used car for my son. By the time we left that evening, we purchased a brand new 2012 Silverado and a brand new 2012 Cruze (my son is ecstatic because he got the 08 Silverado). We initially met with Al who was wonderful, he was still learning so Drake and Jeff came on board to assist. Purchasing 2 vehicles can take sometime, but everyone was more than willing to help out in anyway (they even found time to get us something to eat as the day went on). Now being honest, I did have a problem with my Cruze, but the dealership stepped up right away and took care of all my concerns. My experience with both Drake and Jeff showed me that it isn't just a sale with them. We went to Hendrick Chevrolet because we they are known for their customer service.
