All the people I came in contact with were not only professional, but friendly. Vassilis saw to it that I had a Tahoe prepped and ready for my test drive the moment I arrived at the dealership. He went out of his way to find the color and equipment I was looking for. I made the deal over the phone and when I went to do the paperwork there were absolutely no surprises. The entire purchase transaction took less than 30 minutes. Finally, I took the car back a couple of days later to have an aftermarket option installed and Vassilis had my car detailed for a second time....certainly not expected but very much appreciated.
