I had the worst customer car buying experience on January 17, 2017. I went to this Hendrick in mind of purchasing a 20116 LT Tahoe. My salesman Gary located me a 2016 LT Tahoe in Virginia. I told Gary I wanted because he said there none on the lot. I signed papers with Ramon purchase of $43,000 mileage 38,000. I was giving 10 year 100,000 miles powertrain warranty. I was told by Gary I could pick up the vehicle Saturday 21st. On the 19th, I got a call from Gary saying they couldn't get the vehicle. Gary offered me another 2016 LT Tahoe located in Chevrolet for $42, 700 mileage of 32,000. I agreed with the switch off. Gary then came to my job to sign the contract.. He presented me a contract to sign for a 2015 LT for $45,000 mileage of $32,000. Gary and Ramone misled and were dishonest. They were trying to deceive me by rising the price and took away the power train warrant. I lost faith in the integrity of this company. I would had never expect a dealership as Hendrick to have unprofessional employees. Employees working very deceitful. So unprofessional Gary came on my job at night trying to get me to sign a deceitful contract. I'm very disappointed. I have been misled and mistreated by this company. A lot of my time was wasted. More
