I have purchased two vehicles from Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe. I had experience with A.J. Huff and Chris Goodman. Both very professional, not pushy, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wonderful experience last weekend at Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe. I leased a 2018 Traverse from them 3 years ago and my lease was up this month (March 2021). I noticed again that they failed to rotate my tires. I brought it to the attention of the service manage. He advised me that the person responsible decided not to rotate them because they looked new. There will be no "Pushy Salesman",just an honest guy there to show you a car(s) and help you in any way. Awful customer service. This is the absolute worse dealership to deal with. Employees are very unhelpful and rude. Service times take hours. They will do anything to get money example: I had a nail in my tire they had me wait almost 2 hours in the lobby then finally came and said the tire can not be saved itll be 300 dollars for a new tire. Why did I just wait 2 hours for you to do nothing!?! Of course I declined due to previous experiences here. I go to a different place right after and what do you know they sure can fix it for only 10 dollars!! And they fixed the tire in about 15 minutes!!! Yes, This place is well known and have never done me wrong! Previously my window stopped working in my brand new car, they said they would have to get the part, my father who works for general motors offered to get the part due to getting it faster. Well they didnt even call to let me know it would be a weeks wait!!! I need a car for a week... well they put up a fight with me to get my car back, telling me I will have to wait the week without a car, I can not have my car back. Due to employees having to put my door back together. Let me remind you I was not old enough for a rental which I had stressed to them multiple times. My family and I will no longer give our service to Hendricks Chevy monroe. We will be going to Gaye Chevrolet in marshville.( Very pleasant and helpful people there) definitely worth checking out this dealership in marshville. I would give zero stars if it aloud. More
I recieved a letter from GM stating my air bag was recalled. I was put in touch with Hendricks and when I spoke with someone they told me a part needed to be ordered and they'd call me back. It's been a month and not only can I get zero help but I cannot seem to speak with anyone but the operator. I have left several voice mails with random service dept employees.... finally someone called me back, left a voice mail telling me they know nothing about me yet they knew my car from the phone# I provided..... its it's a new # so they must know something. I would not recommend services from these people. Obviously they are too busy to help!! More
