The service department was good but not five-star. My CT6 plug-in hybrid had an issue with the cooling of the propulsion battery, which prevented me from charging the car. The service department ultimately diagnosed the problem and correctly it under factory warranty. The technician provided a detailed description of the diagnosis, the issue and the several steps needed to correct it. This was better than what I usually get from other car dealer service departments. I am removing one star for the poor job they did on handling my appointment. I made an appointment online and entered all the requested information including the vehicle and the fact that it is a plug-in hybrid. The first available appointment was a week later, which was a Friday morning. The service advisor told me, that he would call me as soon as they have a diagnosis. When I had not heard from him at the end of the day I called and he told me, they had not had a chance to do the diagnosis. He said they would get to it either Saturday or latest Monday morning. I did not hear from the service advisor on Monday or Tuesday. When I called Wednesday morning, he said he did not get an update from the technician but would walk to the back end of the shop to talk to him. After a while he came back and said that the technician had not started the diagnosis. That is 4 working days after my drop-off on the scheduled appointment day! The service advisor explained that the technician, who is certified to work on plug-in hybrids, is also the guy who works on transmission. He had another transmission job in his bay and could not work on my car. I always thought I make an appointment with someone for exactly the purpose to get a spot on their busy schedule. In the end it seems like they performed my car's diagnosis later that Wednesday. The repair did not require ordering any parts and the car was ready for pick-up in the afternoon of the next day. I guess, next time I will call the service department shortly before my appointment to make sure that the specialized technician is indeed available on the day, I am scheduled to bring my car in. Since this is a combined service department for Chevrolet and Cadillac, I have to assume that this type of scheduling problem can happen to all Chevrolet Volt PHEV and Bolt BEV owners, too More
Purchased a 2017 Ram from Daron. I came to look at a Ford F150 that was to be transferred to Monroe from Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Ford was no longer available and Paige looked I came to look at a Ford F150 that was to be transferred to Monroe from Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Ford was no longer available and Paige looked at options and found the 2017 that had recently been traded in but had not been cleaned up yet. After some reasonable negotiations on trade value and requested additions we closed the deal. Daron was great with no pressure and Paige was very open minded on making the deal work for me. Good experience with good people all around. More

Extremely disappointing service I brought my car here for a recall and I left specific instructions on on how I wanted it handled and if the recall did not fix the issue that I was having only only after the a recall and I left specific instructions on on how I wanted it handled and if the recall did not fix the issue that I was having only only after they fixed the recall was I going to see about having them run a diagnostics on it. They completely disregarded how I wanted it handled we're just going to do it however they wanted and once I found out and didn't let them they did the recall I went to pick up my car and one of the techs left the light on and left my car with a dead battery. Bear in mind I drove the car up there to have the recall done. Never in almost 40 years have I ever dealt with this level of unprofessionalism From a dealership. I can honestly say if I have another recall I will drive To a Cadillac dealer in Charlotte instead of taking my car back here. Just the simple fact they would leave a light on and leave my car dead in their parking lot After they called me to tell me it's finished I'm just sitting here shaking my head and I just told them not to worry about it I would come back up with my old man to deal with it. We are now on our second trip to them as they misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car After the general manager talked me into giving them a second chance. So now waiting to see if they fixed it properly the second time. I literally have no faith that it will be fixed properly I have decided to purchase the best Triple A package in case I get stuck on the side of the road on my trip to Florida. I'm actually looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. So an add on to my original review we have picked it up it seems to be running fine but their mechanics left nice grease mirrors on the interior in the interior big black place for someone's hand apparently touched By the driver's side door. So check engine light back on in less then 4 hours from picking it up when they said it was fixed and now a 3rd trip back and now they still don't know what's wrong after 3 trips and almost 1000 dollars later More
