On Labor Day 2012 I stopped by the Hendrick Durham Auto Mall to see the 2013 Chevy Volt. The sales person, Pandu Dillard, greeted us and explained about the Volt and functionalities. My experience was pretty painless. I told my sales person what I wanted up front and they made it happen within my means. I didn't like that I wasn't asked if I wanted a warranty or gap protection.
