I made contact with Hendrick BMW on Monday morning, negotiated a deal with a trade in and price on a new car. Called them Wednesday afternoon and asked if I could pick up the new car in about 2 hours a negotiated a deal with a trade in and price on a new car. The car was detailed perfectly when I arrived and we whisked through the paperwork. Would visit again. More

My experience at Hendricks BMW (Independence) was not as expected. After checking in and I decided to wait outside instead of the inside customer waiting area. While waiting, I noticed an unmasked Employee enter my vehicle and drove off to the back for service I immediately raised a concern with my service provider and the service manager- They both were extremely apologetic and insisted they would disinfect my vehicle. If they didn’t advertise safety and all of their employees “mask-up” before entering customer vehicles - I wouldn’t be so concerned. It’s important they find a way to make sure customers can trust their advertisements. Now I have to have this uncertainty on my mind for the next couple of weeks More

Eric was on point and responsive and made adjustments to what I needed done for this visit without issue. Plenty of room in the lobby to wait with social distancing. Also, its an appreciated touch that my car was washed. It needed it! Yay!!! More
