Had a fantastic experience taking my 530e to this dealership for the first time! Jeff Day was my Service Advisor and he was indcredibly helpful in getting a warranty repair done, and he provided a dealership for the first time! Jeff Day was my Service Advisor and he was indcredibly helpful in getting a warranty repair done, and he provided a detailed overview of my car’s status every step of the way. He gave an expectation of a next day completion which was already fine by me, but the service was completed by close of business which made me happy. Jeff also walked me through the multi point inspection results which kept me up to date on my tires, brake, and fluid levels and provided me with quotes for new tires that i’ve been in the market for. This was an incredibly positive service experience, and I will definitely be visiting Hendrick BMW Northlake again in the future! More

We had a disappointing experience with the financial side of our car purchase at BMW, specifically with the finance dealer. After spending an entire day at the dealership, we were later asked to come back ov of our car purchase at BMW, specifically with the finance dealer. After spending an entire day at the dealership, we were later asked to come back over the weekend to redo all the paperwork because our car loan wasn't approved due to our visa status. While we understand that loan approval issues can happen and that wasn’t our main concern, the real problem was the complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. Dealer was not welcoming at all when we returned. He didn’t ask how things were going with the car, didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience we had already experienced, and offered no apology for the time we had wasted. Overall, it felt like we were treated as just another number in the system rather than valued customers. If customer service and respectful treatment are important to you, I would recommend being cautious about working with this particular finance rep. More

Amanda at Hendrick Northlake always provides the best customer service. I have been coming to this location since they opened and have never had a bad experience with my 2 BMWs, whether they were in warr customer service.
