I own 5 BMW’s and honestly don’t like taking them to dealers for service. One of my favorite cars is a 2004 645Ci that I have never had serviced by a BMW dealer. To my surprise, they not only did a great job diagnosing, but they went through the car top to bottom and gave me very competitive pricing for maintenance items I would normally handle myself. Stefanie Brunner was my service rep and she was excellent at communicating with me on choices and status. I highly recommend her. She is extremely informative without being pushy.
