Stefanie Brunner is one of the best in the service business. She knows BMW inside and out and goes the extra mile for the customer. After many years purchasing from Hendrick BMW over the years, I WILL NEVER GO BACK after the experience I recently had. From Ryan in finance, the narcissist who was completely self absorbed, to Christophe years, I WILL NEVER GO BACK after the experience I recently had. It literally would take a move of epic proportions to get him to really WORK on a deal! I’m amazed at how he makes it. And then finally, Cliff, The GM. Cliff called to try and smooth things over with a manufactured and completely inauthentic “protocol” phone call. Pathetic! Folks, Hendrick ain’t what it use to be. I left there feeling judged, played and indescribably disappointed in the experience. My advice: BUY ANYWHERE BUT HENDRICK! In closing, I’d also like to mention how VERY disappointed I’ve been in the service department recently as well. Those folks certainly do not deliver the service they use to. Shop elsewhere. Service your car elsewhere. Not here. Ever! More
