Jeff is very knowledgeable, showed extreme patience in explaining how my Acura works. It was as if I was dealing with a family member helping me not selling me. The follow up afterwards to make sure everything is alright has been great. This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I have bought a couple in my life. I have been an Acura owner for 20+ years and a customer of Hendrick Acura for the past 12 years. The entire staff is honest, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I keep my Acuras for a long tim of Hendrick Acura for the past 12 years. The entire staff is honest, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I keep my Acuras for a long time, so rely on an excellent service department to help me keep my vehicles running optimally. Keith in the service department has been my point person for the past five years and takes very good care of my family's needs. Service appoints are easy to schedule and are completed timely and thoroughly. After 11 years, I recently purchased 1 new '12 TL and a used '09 TSX. Clay was so nice, knowledgable, and helpful about all my car buying options; as well as extremely patient while I figured out my family's car needs. In short, they treat you like family; and I appreciate how easy they make car servicing and purchasing. More

BEEN TO HENDRICK ACURA 4 TIMES OVER PAST 2 YRS. EVERY SERVICE REP THAT I DEALT WITH RECOMMENDED "SCHEDULED" MAINTENANCE THAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY TSX (E.G., @15K, 30K, 45K) EVEN THOUGH ACURA STATES THAT THE SERVICE REP THAT I DEALT WITH RECOMMENDED "SCHEDULED" MAINTENANCE THAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY TSX (E.G., @15K, 30K, 45K) EVEN THOUGH ACURA STATES THAT THE VEHICLE LETS OWNER KNOW WHEN SEVICE IS NEEDED. TRULY FELT THAT I WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF B/C OF BIAS AND B/C HENDRICK ACURA HAS NO COMPETITION IN THE AREA. ALSO $50 OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOP OFF MY FLUIDS. More

I guess maybe they think they can push people around because they are the Hendrick Acura in Charlotte, NC Absolutely the worst dealership in town. I guess maybe they think they can push people around because they are the only Acura dealer in town? They first asked you to pay an extra 500 for getting a car from another dealership with the exterior and interior you want; then hit you with a unreasonable high price (yes, I did my research, MDX, there is a 1500 promotion on the car, and they want to sell it 1800 over invoice!!!!!!). Then, they ask you to either take it or beat it. I will never return to that dealership again. Just horrible experience. I have several people actually told me that before. I thought there were single cases. I guess this dealership does stand for their reputation – “the meanest one in town”. More
